Meteorological Stations integrates twelve meteorological parameters: wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, optical rainfall, PM2.5, PM10, CO, SO2, NO2, and O3. The sensor housing is constructed from imported ABS material, offering an ingress protection rating of IP65 or higher. Characterized by low power consumption and rapid installation capabilities, this device is ideally suited for applications in emergency monitoring, outdoor sports, professional meteorology, educational institutions, and related fields.
Meteorological Stations is a highly integrated, low-power, and rapidly deployable automatic meteorological observation device designed for high-precision field monitoring. Utilizing an integrated 12-element sensor, the device enables real-time observation of meteorological parameters such as wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, optical rainfall, PM2.5, PM10, CO, SO2, NO2, and O3. The sensor housing, made from imported ABS material, effectively withstands harsh environmental conditions—including salt spray—and boasts an IP65+ protection rating, ensuring long-term, stable operation across a wide range of outdoor environments.
Technologically, Meteorological Stations employs the principle of ultrasonic wind measurement. Its top-cover-concealed ultrasonic probe design effectively prevents interference caused by the accumulation of rain and snow, as well as obstruction from natural wind currents. By emitting continuous variable-frequency ultrasonic signals and measuring relative phase shifts, the device accurately determines wind speed and direction. Compared to traditional mechanical anemometers, it offers distinct advantages such as zero start-up wind speed threshold, the absence of wear-prone moving parts, and maintenance-free operation. For PM2.5 and PM10 measurements, the device utilizes the laser scattering principle, featuring a measurement range of 0–1000 µg/m³ for both parameters with an accuracy of ±10%. Regarding gas sensing capabilities, the CO measurement range is 0–1000 ppm (accuracy: ±2 ppm); the SO2 and NO2 ranges are 0–20 ppm (accuracy: ±1 ppm); and the O3 range is 0–20 ppm (accuracy: ±1 ppm)—collectively meeting the requirements for standard air quality monitoring.
Meteorological Stations supports multiple data transmission methods, featuring standard configurations that include GPRS, Bluetooth, and an RS485-to-USB interface, allowing users to view real-time monitoring data via a dedicated mobile application or a cloud-based platform. The device features a built-in high-capacity lithium battery with a capacity of 12,000 mAh, offering an operational endurance of over 50 hours. It supports dual power modes: wired charging and solar power. With a data storage capacity of no less than 500,000 records, it fully meets the data logging requirements for long-term field monitoring. Weighing no more than 5 kg in total and housed in a shock-resistant protective wheeled case, the unit can be deployed by a single person within two minutes and is ready for immediate use without the need for complex calibration.
The Meteorological Stations is widely applied across various fields, including meteorology, agriculture and forestry, environmental protection, marine science, airport and port operations, scientific expeditions, and campus education. In the realm of emergency management, the device can be rapidly deployed to disaster zones—such as those affected by floods, droughts, or typhoons—to provide real-time meteorological data support for disaster relief command operations. In agricultural production, it monitors parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and rainfall, serving as a data-driven basis for decision-making regarding irrigation and pest and disease control. For outdoor enthusiasts and meteorological professionals, the device delivers precise on-site weather information, aiding in the assessment of weather trends. Within educational settings, it facilitates meteorological science popularization and the establishment of campus weather stations, helping students grasp the fundamental principles and methodologies of weather observation.

In the photovoltaic industry, the problem of black edges on photovoltaic modules is quite common. The black edges are mainly caused by poor sealing of the frame during the module encapsulation process, which allows water vapor and oxygen to penetrate, causing oxidation or corrosion at the edges of t...
The 7-element Portable Weather Station can real-time monitor seven key meteorological elements: wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, illumination, and optical rainfall. Monitoring wind speed and direction helps understand air flow conditions, which is of great...
