2.Particulate Monitor Temperature and Humidity Monitoring Unit
The temperature and humidity monitoring unit consists of two material conductors of different components.When there is a temperature gradient at both ends, current will pass through the loop.At this time, there is an electromotive force - thermoelectric force between the two ends.The homogeneous conductors of two different components are thermoelectrodes, the higher temperature is the working end, and the lower temperature is the free end.When the temperature of the measured medium at the working end changes, the thermoelectric potential changes accordingly.The thermoelectric potential is sent to the computer for processing to obtain the temperature value.Humidity monitoring units are generally made of polymer film capacitors.When the ambient humidity changes, the dielectric constant of the humidity sensor changes, causing its capacitance to also change, thereby obtaining humidity.
The product uses standard 35mm rails, industrial-grade chips, and high-precision temperature and humidity probes to ensure excellent reliability, high precision and interchangeability of the product.It adopts the RS485 hardware interface (with lightning protection design), and the protocol layer is compatible with the standard industrial Modbus-Rtu protocol.Compatible with various host platforms (PC software, touch screen, PLC, configuration king).

4.Particulate Monitor Noise Sensor
The noise sensor has a built-in capacitive electret microphone that is sensitive to sound.The sound wave vibrates the electret film in the microphone, causing a change in capacitance and generating a tiny voltage corresponding to it.This voltage is then converted into a voltage of 0-5V, which is accepted by the data collector through A/D conversion and transmitted to the monitoring chip.
