1.Feathers: Collect 2 feathers on the chest, abdomen or legs, and avoid using naturally falling feathers.
2.Whole blood: Use EDTA as an anticoagulant, and avoid using heparin to anticoagulant.It is required to use fresh whole blood, or store it at 2 to 8℃ for no more than 7 days, or store it below -20℃ for no more than one month.Try to avoid repeated freeze-thawing.

1.Sample processing and nucleic acid extraction, refer to the relevant operating instructions for specific operations.
(1) Add 2-4 feathers to the 0.2ml PCR tube, add Reagent A 20ul (note the flooding sample), and heat at 99°C for 20 minutes;
(2) Add Reagent B 100ul to the Pcr tube in the previous step, centrifuge at 5000rpm for 30 seconds-1 minute, and set aside;

3.Item preparation: centrifuge, ice box, pipette, suction head; reagent preparation (used without compartmentation specification): Thaw and mix the PCR reaction solution, and then centrifuge instantly and aliquot 14 µL/tube.
